Clearing your browser's cache ensures you access the most recent data and updates available in the IPORT application, rather than potentially outdated information stored in your browser.

NOTE 5/21/23: Duo Multifactor Authentication was enabled on 5/20/23. Please use your campus ID and password with the Duo Mobile app to access restricted IPORT reports.

What is IPORT?

IPORT is a web-based application that provides access to summarized and detail data stored in the university's data warehouse. Most of the information in IPORT is available to the public. However, some reports are restricted to GSU faculty and staff. To view restricted data, faculty and staff must log in with their campus ID and password. GSU students and non-affiliated users are not permitted to access restricted data.

Data Access

Faculty and staff can log into IPORT to view detail data and restricted aggregated counts with permission from the appropriate data steward. Existing Banner users should contact EDMA at [email protected] to request access.

Non-Banner users should download and complete the Data Access Request Form and submit it to the appropriate data steward.

Data Refreshes

Most data in the data warehouse, including student enrollment numbers, is refreshed nightly until Census, which typically occurs mid-term to capture final enrollment figures. For detailed information, please refer to the Data Warehouse Refresh Schedule.
